Wednesday: Chicken salad with celery, dried cranberries and pecans on multi-grain toast, pizza kale chips, peach & blackberry cobbler with almond biscuit topping (this meal uses up leftover chicken from the chicken noodle soup and almond meal from making almond milk this week)
Thursday: Tilapia with citrus bagna cauda, Mediterranean couscous, mesclun salad (this was a leftover meal from last week that got pushed back due to touchy tummies and general ickiness)
Friday: Mom's night off
Saturday: Veggie burgers on pretzel rolls, roasted spaghetti squash, carrot salad, chocolate-almond butter bars
Sunday: Macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli
Monday: Bean, kale and sausage soup, corn bread, mixed green salad
Tuesday: Leftovers/clean out the refrigerator night
